The areas included are: The Grand Hall for your celebration, "The Dome" for your ceremony, our outdoor venue/satellite bar "Under the Moon", and the "Nags Head Bar", the gardens, front lawn and car park. Please note, the Dome will be closed off when the main function commences in The Grand Hall.

The areas included are: The Grand Hall; the satellite bar "Under the Moon", inside bar area "The Nags Head" and the lawn.

PLEASE NOTE: The Grand Exotic has approved independent wedding planners and decorators who are familiar with the venue and will quote you independently.

THE GOLD PACKAGE
R46 000 up to 60 people - over 60 pax add R675 per person.
INCLUDING VENUE, FOOD & DÉCOR
Meet Penny our "specials" wedding planner and decorator, to discuss your theme & wish list, and start planning your special day. Start off with welcome drinks for your guests at our satellite bar under the tree called "Under the Moon".
Your Ceremony can be held on the lawn in front of the Grand doors, with seating on the lawn. If you prefer to have your ceremony elsewhere, arrive for your celebration with everything organized! Canapes can be served after the ceremony "Under the Moon" while the wedding party has a photo shoot in and around The Grand Exotic.
In the event of bad weather, we go indoor to the Dome which will be set up for the ceremony. Welcome drinks and canapes will be served on the secret garden veranda. (There will be a surcharge of R2000 for extra setting up and use of The Dome and veranda area.)

Meet Penny, our “specials” wedding planner to discuss your Platinum décor, wish list, choose your table settings, and flowers to create your magical wedding, and your bouquets are included! You will have the option to use the entire venue including having your ceremony under the Dome or on the lawn. The Platinum Package also includes Fairy lights, Parcan uplighters and floral arch.

PLEASE NOTE:
The maximum duration for events is 9 hours and the Venue closes at Midnight sharp.
A 10% non-refundable booking deposit and signature of our Ts and Cs are required to secure your date.
